We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you have received an item that is damaged or your order is not delivered within a reasonable amount of team, please let us know through our contact page or email: email@example.com.
Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped from Kansas. Please contact us immediately if you would like to change details of your order. You may change your order within the first 30 minutes. Orders are final once shipped. AKIRAKIRAI Studios is not responsible for lots orders due to addresses entered incorrectly.
When will my order ship?: We strive to ship your order out quickly! Current processing time for in-stock orders is 1-3 business days.
Domestic orders: By default we ship books via USPS Media Mail. Other items are shipped via First Class mail. Options to upgrade to Priority mail is available. Expect orders placed within the continental U.S. to arrive within 7-10 business days. Important: service may be delayed in certain areas of the U.S. due to Covid-19.
International orders: We ship internationally via USPS First Class. We offer UPS Standard shipping in some areas of Canada. Please expect orders to arrive within 10-21 business days from ship date. Additional costs such as taxes and customs duty are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
